1º you need to visit Gourmet Farm Neighbours 
2º buy some decoration and 
3º Go back to Gourmet Farm 
4º Go back to your Original Farm. 
5º Go back to Gourmet Farm, 
6º visit neighbours 
7º buy some decoration and do again.... until you level up to Bistro level 10, without reload.

Recommended:

    hi i was using 9.1 and was working great up untill last night (16th) it just stopped working cleared cache etc even did a few restarts but its still not working..went back to 9.0 and even that has stopped working on some items..( item doesn't show up when putting on farm ) hope you can find out what is wrong... ohhh and by the way this is a brillant little tool love it

    ok i've found a way..the only way for some reason is to alternate the 3 programs 8.2/ 9.0 and 9.1 ive tried other browsers firefox etc but google chrome only seems to be the one to run farmville 2.. thank for for the quick reply.. nessie ;-)

    I need water ! The water codes are not working anymore, none of them. I get the 6 h water certificate, but when I use it - nothing happens. No water. The code for water packs are not working either. Is there a new code coming for a water certificate ?

      you can buy water packs using this trainer water packs are not working and we are trying to find out new cheats for the same till then use water packs and enjoy

      Something wonderful has happened :) - the old code for the 24h water certificate still works! If you are patient! In Chrome, please click on the lock or sign in your browser bar on the left side above. ALLOW FLASH! Then load your game. You will see on the right side of your chrome browser bar a key symbol with a red dot - click on it and enable to run plug in. The code only works on fcebook. When the game is fully loaded, buy 5 lampposts in the shop. ONLY 5! Now open CE. Change your window to "process" and choose Chrome.exe, change 4bytes to string. In the text field enter : e_deco_animated_lamppost Click first scan. Select all scans and bring them down with the red arrow. Select all these and with the right mouse click change value to : e_certificate_water_time Then put the five lampposts in your inventory. Wait a little bit, like 3 - 5 min. Then reload and close CE. When you are lucky - as I was today :) - you will find 5 water certificates in your inventory :) - Please remember - you have to be patient! Yesterday I had to do this 12 times before I got lucky. But it still works if you do it just like that! Works with the power certif. too :) I hope I could help somebody. Without water the game is impossible to play. Don't give up, just try again and again. Good luck <3

    When I originally left a comment I seem to have clicked on the -Notify me when new
    comments are added- checkbox and from now on each time a comment is added I get four emails with
    the exact same comment. There has to be an easy method you are
